Robert Lopez is the owner/director of Integrity in Motion Fitness. Robert has been in personal training of athletes in all sports since 1987. Robert trains both young athletes but also adults looking to just get in shape or prepare for specific events. Robert is certified as a personal trainer since 1992. Robert’s background in sports started at the age of 6 playing all sports at the club level and into his high school years.

While in College, Robert started coaching youth sports at 20 years old, taking various coaching modules in the late 80’s, always having a passion for “teaching” players the technical, physical, and mental side of their game. In addition he also worked with adult and college athletes looking at being better prepared for their sport events and/or just getting ready for that Summer beach and lake fun.

While an amateur bodybuilder in the 80’s, Robert developed many of his current foundational training techniques and philosophies from the best trainers he worked with and uses many of those principles in his current training methodology, while still keeping up with the better training techniques being developed for athletes, fitness enthusiasts and the novice, just getting into training.

Robert continued his training education once he moved to Texas in 1996 with specialized licensing and diplomas from the USSF and NSCAA. He worked his way up the ranks with the CCU Rattlers – Eagles, until they merged in 2004 to become Lonestar Soccer Club – where he is currently a select staff trainer and Jr. Academy director of the Lonestar Steiner Ranch/Riverplace location - overseeing 15 plus teams and staff with one goal – continued development of players.

The athletic training IMF provides builds off the primary use of “MDBRT” – multi directional band resistance training, sometimes called by various other names. This dynamic training along with sports specific training and “Speed, Agility, and Quickness” - S.A.Q. activities - allows for a more challenging session for all the athletes and fitness enthusiasts who attend an IMF session.
